Quality is the best parameter for any industry or service. Here at Heritage Biotech we believe in quality of work and services. We provide quality material and quality services to our clients. We have a complete check of quality from the very first to last step. Raw material, intermediates and Products are all thoroughly tested in a well equipped laboratory. We have most modern plant all in SS 316. We have a regular urge to improve the quality of our products and services. We believe that quality attracts the customer naturally. We ensure our customer the timely delivery of material, which also comes under our quality of services motto.

In order to ensure the quality implementation of our various products, we have adopted a total product quality assurance and inspection concept. We have developed and implemented systems and procedures for quality assurance.

We specify quality requirements in our technical specifications for products, and vendors and sub-vendors are selected based on stipulated qualifying and technical requirements.

Goods are manufactured as per the agreed quality plan, and there are check points to confirm that technical requirements are being met at different stages of manufacturing. The process is also monitored for quality assurance during manufacturing. Major raw materials are sourced from approved sub-vendors of acceptable quality. We also carry out quality surveillance and process inspection periodically at the manufacturing facilities of vendors. The final product is tested according to national and international standards before it is dispatched to the customer.
